Return Policy

While purchasing goods from us , you acknowledge and agree that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party.

We are happy to offer a 7 day, no-questions-asked return policy (with full refund or credit) for unused and unworn items and with the tag of the product and packaging intact.

 

PLEASE NOTE

We do not provide refund on any goods sold. WE STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNs Beyond the mention time frame of 7 days

However,

Goods once sold can ONLY be exchanged in the following condition:

-if there is any major manufacturing defect in the item and is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

All the customers are requested to make a video while unboxing the products, without the same the product will neither be exchanged nor refunded.

Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:

(a)In case of exchange of a defective product, the customer will be provided with a replacement of the same item within 15 working days. In case we are unable to do so, Customer will be provided with a refund or credit voucher of the same amount as that of the product received defective, which has to be utilized by the customer within 30 days from the date of receiving the credit voucher.  Defective items need to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Customer needs to send an email to care@zevaramaze.com

(b) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached along with the box and jewellery spa kit and package received with the product. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

(c) Items should be unused and undamaged by the customer. Any used product will not be exchanged/returned.

(e) There is no return/exchange for an item purchased during sale or at a discounted price.

(f) No Return or exchange for Customised Order.

 (g) No Return for Moissanite jewellery Order.

RINGS Specific Returns

We make and deliver the size as asked by the customer, in case you are not aware of your ring size please select Don’t Know My Size from the dropdown list of the ring size guide while placing the order.

In case the Size given by you is wrong, kindly send the ring back to us and get the size changed for a nominal charges. Returns are not accepted on rings as they are size specific and made as per customer preference

 

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE

  • Drop us a mail at care@zevaramaze.com with the details of the product you want to exchange along with the picture and video of the manufacturing defect within 24hrs of receiving it. We will revert within 48 hours on this.
  • Any product that needs to be exchanged must be shipped back to us in a proper packaging within 4 days from the date of delivery on the following address:

  • The credit voucher will be applicable only on one purchase, irrespective of the amount. This credit amount cannot be used in two orders/transactions separately.
  • All exchanges will only be valid once per order only.
