Lifetime Exchange Program

At Zevar Amaze, we believe that every piece of jewelry you own should always bring you joy. That’s why we offer our Lifetime Exchange Program—giving you the freedom to refresh your collection whenever you desire.

How It Works:

1. Any silver jewelry purchased from Zevar Amaze can be exchanged for a new piece whenever you wish.
2. When exchanging your old Zevar Amaze jewelry, you will receive 20% of its original MRP value as credit towards your new purchase.
   • Example: If you originally purchased a piece for ₹1,000, you will receive ₹200 in exchange value when upgrading to a new jewelry piece. If your new selection costs ₹2,000, you’ll only need to pay ₹1,800 after applying the exchange value.
3. Only one piece of jewelry can be exchanged per new purchase.
4. Exclusions:
   • Custom-made jewelry and Moissanite jewelry are not eligible for the Lifetime Exchange program.
   • However, for Moissanite jewelry, the solitaire stone can be reused to create a new design or upgraded to a Lab-Grown Diamond, with 50% of the Moissanite’s value being credited toward the upgrade.

How to Avail This Service:

To initiate the exchange, please email us at care@zevaramaze.com with the following details:

• Name
• Mobile Number
• Order Number (if available)
• Invoice Price

Our team will guide you through the process and provide shipping details.

Important Guidelines:

• The exchanged jewelry must be sent back to us by the customer.
• All items are subject to a quality check before approval. The jewelry must not be broken, missing stones, or deformed.
• Once approved, you will receive a coupon code reflecting the exchange value, which can be applied to your new purchase.
• This exchange cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
• Zevar Amaze reserves the right to reject an exchange request under certain circumstances.
