Zevaramaze.com provides Free Shipping for all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 500/
Additional charges for Cash On Delivery is 100

What is the estimated delivery time?
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-6 days from the order date. Since we customise all the jewellery as per the preference of customer it takes 10-12 working days time to get dispatched

How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed Express Courier Companies. 

What about warranty and hidden costs?
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include GST only.

How do I track my shipment?
Once the jewellery is dispatched we notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking. 

What pin codes do you ship to?
We have Delivery option available on selected pin codes. To check the availability of COD service, please put your Pincode while making the purchase.
