WHAT IS STERLING SILVER?

STERLING SILVER IS THE PUREST FORM OF SILVER FROM WHICH JEWELRY CAN BE MADE. IT CONTAINS 92.5% OF Silver and 7.5% of other alloy. We use anti tarnish alloy for its sustainability which prevents jewelry from tarnishing. Fine Silver for example 99.9% pure silver, is relatively soft, so silver is usually alloyed with other metals to increase its hardness and strength. All our jewelry is hallmarked with 925 which indicates the silver purity.

 

What type of Stones are used?

We use highest quality grade of cubic zirconia which is AAA and measures at 8.5 in hardness (real diamond being at 10) on the Mohs' scale. Cubic zirconia is a colorless, synthetic gemstone. It is an inexpensive diamond alternative with many of the same qualities as a diamond.

 

What type of Polish is used?

Yes. All our jewelry is E-coated and Rhodium processed, made with Anti Tarnish Alloy. Our jewelry is nickel free and skin friendly idle for daily wear.

 

Does Gold or Rose gold polish fade away?

If Compared to Silver Polish, Gold and Rose Gold polish tends to fade early.

We do express shipping and ship through only reputed courier partners.

 

What will be the Delivery time?

We are trying our best to deliver you your beautiful jewelry as soon as possible .Since we make each jewelry as per each individual customer preference, it takes us 10-12 working days to deliver.

We understand your love for jewelry and your wish to upgrade your collection, and hence we offer you the life time exchange of your old jewelry bought form us. You can simply mail us your Invoice copy along with the AWB NO. on care@zevaramaze.com  and send us your old product on the address mentioned on our webste. We shall revert with the Exchange Coupon code which you can use to book your New Jewelry, once we receive your old jewelry. The Exchange Coupon code will be valid for 7 days from the date you receive it. The Exchange Coupon Code cannot be used during Sale Period or for purchasing particular items which are on Sale. Hence, you will be getting value for money deal at Zevar Amaze for each purchase.

 

How to avail Free Refinishing?

After a regular wear and tear a jewelry is bound to lose its original form in terms of finish and shine. Once you feel your jewelry needs refinishing, we would be glad to offer the refinishing service for absolutely FREE, for once during the period of 1 year from the date of Invoice. You can simply mail us your Invoice copy along with the AWB No. and the Address on which the item is to be dispatched post Refinishing, on care@zevaramaze.com  and send us your product on the address mentioned on our webste. The product shall be dispatched post 7 working days from the date of receiving it.

 

What is Amaze Shine?

Amaze Shine is a proprietary Jewelry Cleaning Solution which can be used by our customers to clean the jewelry. It will be provided with the package for each individual order for absolutely FREE, along with the directions to use.

 

Change of Address?

Yes. You can change you address by sending us a mail on  care@zevaramaze.com But once the product is shipped, unfortunately we can’t do much about it.

 

Can I get my Product Exchanged?

All our products are eligible for return in case if they are received in damaged condition or in a state that it is not usable due to any manufacturing defect. You can intimate us within 24 hours of Receiving the product on care@zevaramaze.com In such case the product is eligible for Return or Exchange. Refund will be made in case of non-availability of the same product for exchange. Kindly please do unboxing video to claim theft or damage or defect on the product. Unboxing video is essential for such claim.

 

Can I get my Ring Re-Sized since the ordered size doesn’t fit?

We assure you to deliver the ring as per the size ordered by you. In case of size issue, do not hesitate to get it resized. Kindly please send the ring back to us on the above address by intimating the same on care@zevaramaze.com by attaching you Invoice copy and we shall resize and deliver it to you at a nominal cost of Rs400 to Rs900 per ring depending on the design.
